I am a J6er. J6ers never had a chance at a fair trial — not by jury, not by bench. DC is 95% Democrat. The jury pool reflected it. The judges who presided over us were the same partisan activists who had already declared themselves victims of the protest. They were the ones who had blocked Trump’s policies with unconstitutional injunctions. They still believed CNN. They still believed the narrative. The violent police actions of January 6th were condoned and protected by violent judicial lawfare. I still relive the moment my judge — Thomas Hogan, a Reagan appointee — threw the book at me. He sentenced me to 30 days in prison for the minor Class B petty offense of picketing, plus three years of probation that included random drug tests and a ban from Washington, DC. I was the first J6er he sent to prison for this offense. I had been promised standalone probation in exchange for my guilty plea. That promise was reneged. Hogan visibly squirmed as he read the sentence aloud. My attorney was stunned. A gut-wrenching wave hit me as the reality of prison sank in. I was lucky — he gave me an intermittent sentence that was later commuted to 30 days in a halfway house. Even that sentence was later ruled an unconstitutional split sentence, far too severe for such a minor offense. Here is the same judge who handed down my punishment: “The occupation of the Capitol by Americans on January 6th was the worst occupation of the capitol since the War of 1812.” “Trump is the biggest offender of attacking judges and threatening an ‘independent’ judiciary.” “Judges are the only thing standing between Trump and the end of democracy.” He expressed alarm that J6ers and 40 million Americans still believe the 2020 election was stolen. He said the majority of J6 defendants “get jail time, and probably deserve it.” He complained that political prisoners were communicating from jail and still had support. He made it clear he had no patience for privately paid lawyers who fought government overreach — the “true believers” of our cause. At first, DOJ was asking for probation for most offenders. Then, about six months in — right after Biden appointed Matthew Graves to run the DC U.S. Attorney’s office — they started demanding jail time. There were no fair trials. Only partisan revenge verdicts. God Bless the J6ers!

Biden and Garland’s top lieutenant in their war on their political enemies has been US Attorney Matthew Graves. Today, Graves announced he’s resigning before President Trump has the chance to fire him. But he never should have had the opportunity to resign, Graves should have been impeached for politically persecuting J6ers, including non-violent grandmothers, while watching Washington DC (his responsibility) revert to a crime-ridden hell hole. She once worked for Eric Holder—she and her husband were married during a ceremony officiated by Merrick Garland. Jeffress husband is DC Judge Chris Cooper, who has presided over dozens of Jan 6 cases. Amit Chaudhary was the only son of his parents and only brother of his three elder sisters. He was about to gt married in Jan 2024. On the evening of 14th Sep he called his uncle and told him that the wife of the colonel at whose house he is posted as a House Help under Buddy system of Army is going to murder him. After three days the family received a call from SM of the unit who informed them that they are sending the dead body of Amit to Jammu. The family received the Body on 19th Sep and even now no one from the Army bothered to inform them about the cause and reason of his death. Family is alleging that Wife of the Colonel was forcing Amit to do things with her which he was not comfortable with. And that leads to his murder. Its such a serious allegation and if this is true its a shame for the entire force.

Dr. Kevin O'Connor worked for me when I was the Director of the White House Medical Unit. He was Vice President Biden’s doctor then and was borderline competent at the time. The only reason I didn’t get rid of him was because he was untouchable and protected by the Biden family. He was brought back as the appointed Physician to the President because he was willing to lie and cover up on behalf of the family. He was not there to tell the truth, or apparently to provide good medical care. He’s the reason Biden’s cognitive decline was hidden for so long.
