Golfers: Wedge bounce and being able to flight it low. When the ground is soft the ball will tend to roll up the face getting higher and flying shorter than you think it will. Colorado is usually pretty dry and firm. We have had some storms lately and the ground is soft. I hit a lower bounce 60 degree which if I am not careful will dig causing the ball to roll up the face and come up short. Here are 3 things you can do to prevent this: -Use more club so for me my 56 and swing softer. -Ball back, steeper, more shaft lean. (Trap draw) -Use a higher bounce wedge for the current conditions. If this is happening to you it might not be your technique it is probably just your wedge setup. Understanding it can help you to work around it.

Staying behind the ball and letting it travel! This is a great drill to use if your player is struggling with pulling their front shoulder out and trying to go get the ball out front with their body. It teaches them to stay back and drive with their backside. If they don’t, it will be difficult to drive the ball to the middle or opposite-field gap. Which is the goal of this drill. #baseball #hitting #fronttoss

My take: the ball hitting a hand is not always a handball offence. You have to either 1.) deliberately touch the ball with your hand, or 2.) ball hits your hand/arm when it's made your body unnaturally bigger. This isn't deliberate, and if the ball hits his hand - which is on his forehead in the middle of a normal footballing challenge - he hasn't made his body unnaturally bigger. Because the ball would have hit his head anyway, so his hand on his head does not make his body unnaturally bigger. Furthermore, VAR can only recommend an on-field review for a clear and obvious error. There is only one camera angle available, which does not show that the referee has missed a clear and obvious error. We can't see clearly where the ball hits. This is categorically not what VAR was brought in for, and it all needs ripped up in the summer. This is a really poor look for Scottish football, as you can see from the international condemnation online since the game. You really have to feel for Hearts. Unless you're a Celtic fan of course, that must have been class. But if you're not a Celtic fan. Deary me. Could be a generation defining decision, never mind season defining!

Watching mussie blind Dragon Ball manga reaction really reminded me why Dragon Ball is so special to me. It’s been with me for as long as I can remember. If anyone is interested, I filmed their goal which came from our own FK, going backwards. This was an easy opportunity to put the ball in the box. Instead, went backwards, lumped it, lost it, conceded. There is your Moyes ball.
