I know my oral hygiene routine may seem extreme but this is what works for me… But my teeth are extremely healthy and I haven’t had a cavity in more than 25 years. This is because I avoid processed foods and focus on nutrient rich animal foods that are essential for oral health. Oral health begins with the quality of your diet.

From what I can see in your videos, you do have excellent oral health (and no veneers unlike some who talk about health). No issues with not using toothpaste especially since it’s working for you. Ultimately your soft and hard tissues of the mouth will tell you if you need to make a change, and it sounds like yours has very little to say!

Dentist approved. *as long as you eat like Paul **the fruit, notably the juices, are cariogenic - so if consuming, best to do so with a meal (not sipping on throughout the day)

I make my own toothpaste. Coconut oil, salt, and baking soda. Without using anything, is their issues with bad breath?

This is very good because Imagine a rotting, foul-smelling swamp hidden between your teeth this is what happens when you skip flossing.

If people aren’t as strict as you are with what they eat …. Having perhaps a bit of home made cake or puddings …. What would you suggest then ??! Do t want to be responsible for a whole load of cavities
