Lagos is sinking before our very eyes, and the governor is rather celebrating his birthday abroad.

It's a very stupid decision to drive a car in flood.

That particular area is always flooded.. There's an estate close to that GTB, I dey always pity the occupants.. The flood covers almost half of their cars most times.

Last year June this particular area's flood messed up my Jaguar's gearbox and car electricals. I had to replace my gearbox, BCM and a lot I can't even mention here. Every year the flood in that area gets worse.. Good thing I've moved!

Ago has always been like since when Baba Ewe was the last bus stop… The whole of that place is swamp. The gutter was packed before this rain started and it still like this.

She's shouting that the whole drainage is blocked. No be the same drainage most people built their houses on. Wentin concern Akara or buy kulikuli. 😂

I can never forget my first rain experience in Ago Palace (Lagos in general), when the rain subsided, everyone just folded the trousers up, held their footwear and started walking inside the dirty water. I was so shocked at how normal it was.

Are people waiting for it to rise upto the roof of the houses before they can move?
