Lol. Just seeing this, so I’ll just respond according. I see you are slow (I don’t want to imagine the rest of your father’s sperm), so I’ll break it down the best I can. A long, but tuition-free educative post. Read slowly or twice for at least 70% assimilation. Firstly, most houses sold in Lagos come with the lands still belonging to the state. It’s why you are issued a ‘right to occupancy’ formalized through a document called ‘deed of assignment’ , and an existing title named either Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) or Governor’s consent. In that vein, if you are to buy outrightly with the land from the state, the price is usually multiplied by two or more. So instead of the N1.5bn, you’ll have to pay like N3bn. I know this because I own properties in Nigeria! Secondly, no where did I say you are buying the land with the house (in the video I posted and captioned). I mean, it is only common sense (which you clearly lack) that like in Nigeria, there is also a land use act in other parts of the world. Typically, land ranges from AUD150k to AUD800k depending on areas in Australia. Attached is a video of outright land buy for $150k per plot in Sydney. Negotiable to 110k if you are buying more than a plot. Video was made by my younger brother earlier today (Australia time). Maybe you thought you were talking to one of the riffraffs around your family and corner, that feed off posting unverified things for Twitter payout. Lol. I’m sure if you shake that head of yours fast, we might all need an umbrella.

Nigerians that attack South Africa for being xenophobic, but support Argentina and their brutal racism because of Messi, are the most laughable and hypocritical lots I’ve seen. I mean, they are the only nation in the world that hasn’t featured a black player since 1982. 44 whole years ago (11 world cups bruh). Just in case we’ve forgotten, this was their racial chant after winning the last World Cup.
