@X I’m not gonna lie this was cool as hell. You were right though. after icing and wrapping it up, next morning it was almost 100% normal. Still little soreness/swelling but it’s going away slowly

@X Thanks, man. I was glad to see it didn’t appear to be anything more serious. If it doesn’t resolve completely I would still get it checked out and get some X-Rays just to be sure. Be safe brother!

@X Correction: This would be “anterior dislocation” if that were the case, not posterior!

@X Hi, Wajeeh. Thanks for your comment but no it would definitely be a posterior dislocation—which by the way comprise 90% of elbow dislocations.
