I survived multiple unprovoked bilateral pulmonary emboli. I was told some had passed through my heart. It was a very scary experience for sure, and I'm fortunate to have survived. Yes, I'm on blood thinners for life. Thanks for posting this video. It really got my attention!

Dad had a-fib. It was well controlled for years by Coumadin, but it led to a small brain bleed. He was taken off of Coumadin, & had a massive stroke 2 years later. Miss him every day. Thanks for the info, Dr. G. Love your content.
