This is a terrible idea. Already we have a catastrophic level of single parent households. The vast majority are fatherless households. This proposal continues to reward that..and in fact incentivizes that. Stop rewarding mothers for removing fathers from their childrens’ lives.

Disagree. Abortion should be legal up until 13 weeks. However it should be a two-party contract. If the woman believes the man should not have a say, then he should have the option to not be financially responsible and vice-versa. Lastly, totally do away with family court for unwed couples.
