Now that the Hood is out, Rocket would like to quickly explain how Jubilee's teamup with him work. When you pop your orb or push an enemy with your ult, you mark them with a little icon on top of their health bar called a "Sparkle Mark". Hitting an ally or enemy with this mark consumes it, and gives you laser-like attacks, it can even headshot if you use the base version of the Hood. If you use the advanced version however, the mark doesn't get consumed, allowing you to refresh the duration of your hitscan mode up until the mark disappears naturally. If you refresh your hitscan mode right before the mark expires, you can keep it going up until the cooldown of your explosion finishes, allowing you to refill the meter all over again. This man is a restaurant owner and he says that Door Dash is a completely different restaurant within a restaurant. Prices are higher when you order from them because Door Dash can take up to 30% from the business. So when you think you are helping that business by ordering from them through Door Dash, sometimes you aren’t. He also says that Door dash sometimes lets the food you ordered sit for for 20,30, even up to 45 minutes before they pick it up. So when you get it and it’s cold and call to complain, it was made on time but they were late. As he says, I know it’s a convenience but I don’t like paying and extra fee. And herring this from him, I don’t think I will ever use it. Why don’t these restaurants just cancel their contract with Door Dash? Do you use Door Dash? Will what he said change your mind about using them? What’s been your experience with them?

We've got new info about the China-exclusive PvE-friendly mode: In this map condition: - You cannot damage any other Raider. - You can still rebel out, but your backpack antenna will blink red, and you're marked as an enemy to everyone who sees you. This is a map condition. It is not a permanent PvE mode or a toggle you can turn on. I wonder if anyone would even like this if it were in the global client. I honestly don't think it's a good idea.
