🔥 ASTRAE ORATIO, NEW LIVE FIGHT GAMEPLAY The more I watch the combat, the more interesting it gets. Even though you build a 3 character team, only 1 character fights on the field at a time, turning battles into fast 1v1 magical duels. And there is more going on underneath: ✅ Enemy attacks have different warning types ✅ Some attacks can be interrupted by attacking first ✅ Others require a timed Counter Skill ✅ Counter timing changes depending on the enemy ✅ Some powerful attacks CANNOT be interrupted at all, forcing you to prepare, defend or swap characters ✅ Certain skills can be charged or chained into combos ✅ AoE attacks can even damage characters who are currently off field One detail I really like, once you learn an enemy well enough, you can apparently time counters from their actual attack animation instead of relying only on the timing gauge. So while Astrae Oratio is built on a turn based foundation, the combat is clearly trying to make you constantly read the enemy and react instead of just selecting skills from a menu. 🎥 New live gameplay from the latest playable build. You have to be extremely careful if you get caught on the counter attack if you use Overload. One through ball and you will be defending a 1v1 or have a 2v1 situation very easily as you can see here when I lost the ball. It’s a very volatile playstyle that is way more vulnerable than Possession Game and Quick Counter so please be careful when you are using Overload 😅

Now that the Hood is out, Rocket would like to quickly explain how Jubilee's teamup with him work. When you pop your orb or push an enemy with your ult, you mark them with a little icon on top of their health bar called a "Sparkle Mark". Hitting an ally or enemy with this mark consumes it, and gives you laser-like attacks, it can even headshot if you use the base version of the Hood. If you use the advanced version however, the mark doesn't get consumed, allowing you to refresh the duration of your hitscan mode up until the mark disappears naturally. If you refresh your hitscan mode right before the mark expires, you can keep it going up until the cooldown of your explosion finishes, allowing you to refill the meter all over again. Hope this helps :D

The new Marathon air strike is an enemy you can fight on Dire Marsh. It's essentially a DPS check while dodging non-stop missles and then does a little Destiny death animation, It's pretty sick. The drone seems to break into multiple pieces and can be looted for loot with the "red box" being the main chest. I've seen more than 1 in one run and from what I can tell it can drop prestige loot.
