One of my sons did a science project in middle school about the amount of sugar their schoolmates drink in their favorite drinks, sodas included. They were amazed! Even the teachers were in awe! My kid placed after showing the diseases it caused. Nurse & proud mom here!

That’s what’s up! But the question is what is the school going to do after this finding?

Here’s my all natural Coca Cola/Pepsi recipie. So pure! The health benefits of these ingredients are off the charts.

The answer is quite simple limit yourself to mineral water, occasional black coffee, home pressed orange juice or a fresh coconut. That's it. Virtually any other drink that pretends to be healthy on its label, any soda, most sport drinks, Starbucks specials: Stay away.

Lol.. The measurements you are talking about are not correct. That's a far cry from the 35 grams of sugar in the first bag, and what you hold up at the end is far from 1 kg, or a little over 1000 grams as you say here. But I totally agree with you that sugar is not good..

It's not even sugar per se. It's a more processed version of it via corn syrup. If coke used actual sugar, it'd be a step forward

No way that a 35 grams in the first bag. Ounce and a quarter. Less than a quarter cup. I get that sugar is bad. Measure once and cut twice and all that.
