@AwakeTheWarrior I can attest to what he says is true. I don’t think he means fruits and veggies. I think he means white sugar, and the high fructose corn syrups, and the processed sugars in candy, drinks, pastries etc. you will definitely see the difference.

@AwakeTheWarrior I cut simple sugar for 3 weeks, not natural sugars that come in fruits, veggies, etc. Changed my life. I do eat sugar now, but not very much. I'm a distance runner. I lost 25 pounds in 3 weeks. Crazy stuff.
