Thanks @Conor_Harris_ for all your coaching and content which is incredible and so well presented. LPT is a real issue for me and some days my posture is literally crooked! If I was closer I'd definitely be a client. Is rib cage flare a side effect (excuse the pun) of LPT?

Neither 😂 Hypertrophy is a tool. Mobility is a tool. Breathing, gait, strength, tissue capacity—they're all tools. If someone can't access positions well, I may start there. If they need more strength and capacity, we'll load it. Context drives the approach. 👍

Your posts are excellent

My higher shoulder is the same side as my higher hip

That's actually a pretty common pattern. The interesting question isn't whether one shoulder and hip are higher—it's whether they're part of a larger compensation pattern and whether it's causing any limitations. Have they always been that way, or is it something you've notice...

Thank you for getting back to me. When I was 16 I took a knock playing football from a much bigger player and slipped 2 discs (l4l5 and l5s1) onwards from that is when the problems came

Great video. One thing I personally like for improving pelvic position is stretching the muscles around the hips. The hip flexors can get tight pretty easily, so it’s definitely something I’d recommend people work on regularly.
