i mean that's an easy way to model the tentacles but complicates things further down if you need to animate it since there is no good way to rig curves or keyframe curve points, you´re gonna have to convert it to mesh once you are happy with the result

You can actually rig it, but it was not super intuitive lol, I’ll show you next video -

i wonder if there's a way to do this and limit the amount of segments so its consistent during animation

I can't upload a file to TurboSquid because the modifier hasn't been converted to an object. Imagine a heavy file with a high level of meshpoint complexity.
