Later, in a live he said it was a very hard experience for him and that for a while he really struggled after doing it. Before doing it the instructor explained it’s a case-by-case experience and that it wouldn’t feel like being hypnotised but the feelings from one’s subconscious might come out while still being aware of doing a past-life experience. But here's the thing. Why is Knuckles off the island? Most of the time it is to help his friends but not for himself and at the end of the day he still does have to go back home.
