He doesn't understand what he is talking about: His argument is : "Labor market is weakening because there is less immigration and so there are less workers to find"! It is the exact opposite : the labor market is weakening because NOBODY is HIRING ! If his elucubration were right people looking for a job should find a job immediately, yet, most of this Spring's college graduate have not found a job, because NOBODY is hiring these days. The labor market is weakening and the Fed chair has no idea why, and so takes all the WRONG monetary decisions !
