Interesting vid someone sent me ... Conservative Desmond Swayne in the super safe New Forest West seat but facing huge anger at a hustings over the sewage issue. He defends his voting record but audience cheers when he's told off for calling questioner a "shrinking violet"

@Duddiesmum Desmond Swayne, always strikes me as a swivel eyed loon every time he speaks in Parliament. You can kind of see on the faces on the benches around him that they are all thinking "ffs whats he saying now?"

It's come to his notice that he's more wealthy than anyone else in the room, so couldn't give a stuff. Loadsa money!

Swain really needs to go.

Our local Conservatives has been a no show at some hustingsand did the same at the last election 🤬 The difference is this time his majority will hopefully be wiped out 🙏

It looks like he’s saying “‘I’m not a shrinking violet”? Odious little man & clearly triggered by the question & the audience response but not sure his comment was aimed at the questioner.
