Random side project: I’m building a Codex-like agent orchestrator but with a sidebar that doesn't make me question whether the ppl who make sidebars ever use them extensively. I think Codex/Claude code's desktop app's sidebars kinda suck, so I’m going Arc-style instead with one colored space per big project, split screen, smooth dragging, folders, a command + T pannel (not demoed below).... just for myself for now. It’s written in Swift and already feels great. I’m lowkey planning to switch off Codex entirely once I polish it up, the main thing holding me back is Codex’s STT, which is genuinely excellent and sadly isn’t exposed through OAuth :( (Basically forked Theo - t3.gg / maria’s T3 code and wrapped it in an Arc-like sidebar I had already made for

I never imagined connecting a wallet to ROZO would be hard for anyone… until someone reached out to me saying they were completely stuck and frustrated. So if you're dealing with that right now — don't worry, it's usually a quick fix with the right setup. ...here's what works for most people who hit this wall. 🔻 🔹️ The problem first Some browsers or wallets just don't cooperate with Rozo's connection flow. You get errors, nothing loads, or it keeps failing for no clear reason. The person who messaged me was running into exactly that. The good news? Switching a couple things makes it feel effortless. 🔹️ LOBSTR wallet + browser combo I recommend using LOBSTR wallet — it's built specifically for the Stellar network, so it stays stable and links up with Rozo much better than other options. Also: use Chrome as your browser. A day late, but I'm building harness, a browser based AI assistant that lives in a floating PiP window, is screen aware, anon/private, and requires no downloads or installs of any kind, including browser extensions. Check out this demo! The goal is to completely integrate with the Bankr ecosystem on the backend, by using a portion of fees from the $harness token + a portion of any revenue generated to buy and stake $bnkr, and using the yield to subsidize, and hopefully eventually fund inference to provide a desktop assistant that is both affordable and capable. In addition, integrating, secondary marketplaces like Surplus Intelligence to further reduce inference costs. In addition making Bankr skills a first class provider for adding skills and capabilities to your individual harness assistant for whatever you're doing. i got chatgpt atlas (OpenAI's web browser) so you don’t have to here's what i found interesting in 15 mins: 1️⃣ agent mode is sick. it completes things like ordering coffee or filling out a tsa precheck forms on my browser with my passwords 2️⃣ when you background a tab with agent (which is really amazing they built that) it gets tripped up in content blockers 3️⃣ websites like The New York Times somehow blocked using atlas to summarizing content. CNN and others work just fine 4️⃣ it’s so native to MacOS and is integrated with auto-filling iMessage 2fa codes which is super sick. chrome doesn’t even do this 5️⃣ the agent is very human like (example: dismissed modals by clicking out from them). maybe it’s not intentional and got lucky? not sure 6️⃣ i love the ui and onboarding is super slick. very clever use of full-screen usage on my mac. the animations are fucking amazing. watch the video for 15 minutes of my raw thoughts and first look

OpenAI’s hottest app isn’t ChatGPT—it’s Codex. In the last few weeks alone, the Codex team shipped a desktop app, GPT-5.3 Codex (a new flagship model), and Spark, the fastest coding model I’ve ever used. Usage has grown fivefold since January and over a million people now use Codex weekly. Codex was also the app that OpenAI chose to run an ad for in the Super Bowl. I talked to Thibault (Tibo), head of Codex, and Andrew (Andrew Ambrosino), a member of technical staff who built the Codex app, for Every 📧’s AI & I about what OpenAI is building and how they’re using it internally. We get into: - Why they built a GUI instead of a terminal. Terminals work for quick tasks, they say, but feel limiting when you’re running multiple agents in parallel. The IDE, meanwhile, overwhelms users—and the Codex team wants the AI to dynamically decide which tools to show you for a given task. - How they’re teaching the model to read between the lines. Codex is great at following instructions, but optimize too hard in that direction, and it starts taking you literally—like copying a typo directly into the code. The team obsesses over this tradeoff, and is also introducing “personalities,” modes users can toggle between that control how blunt or supportive the model feels. - How OpenAI uses its own coding agent. Codex lets you schedule prompts to run on a recurring basis, and the team has dozens of automations running at all times. Cursor vs Claude Code (day 3 of 30) today I re-tested Conductor and I don't want to overhype this but... what the actual fook 😮 this thing is amazing! closest things to the "perfect workflow" I have seen in a long time, and it's something I could see myself use full-time it's so minimal and the polar opposite of Cursor but it has all the essentials → Claude Code + Codex subscriptions (= unlimited usage) → great integration with Claude Code's plan mode → multiple tabs with multiple agents at the same time → can use multiple models, not just one → great file tree and diff viewer → best git worktree support I've ever seen there's honestly so much more, like a dedicated "review" button (which you can pair to your favorite review model, e.g. gpt-5.2-extra-high), buttons to create and merge pull requests, to launch your dev server, ... this solves literally EVERY fault I can think of when using Claude Code and/or Codex, combining both into one easy UX that not only does everything the tools can do, but actually adds useful stuff on top just 6 months ago I couldn't have dreamt about any this and the wildest part is that IT IS FREE (I'd literally pay for this UX lol) first time I'm genuinely enjoying myself since starting this challenge not saying it's a full Cursor replacement yet, it obviously isn't for a lot of people (no browser, no debug mode, no code indexing, etc) ... but this is the closest thing I've seen yet 👀 follow for day 4!

Codex Sites is not Replit or Lovable or Bolt. Those are great for one-prompting a full app. Codex Sites is for building apps that the agent keeps improving without you touching them. 2. Your personal website can update its own stats. Your internal dashboard can refresh its own data. Your product can add features while you sleep. The app is alive. 3. Start by invoking at-sites. Use realistic sample data. Always say "save for review, do not deploy." This unlocks building a real product, not a homepage. 4. Add persistent storage so the app remembers everything between visits. Without this it resets every time. Ask Codex to show you the data model before it builds. 5. Create safe actions. These are the specific things the agent is allowed to do to your app: add data, update cards, move things, score things. You define the boundaries. The agent operates within them. 6. They only persist when they have output, so your terminal stays clean. I’m now making a World of Warcraft inspired single-player RPG with some RuneScape elements for the browser with GPT-6 Astra. I literally had the idea while drinking my morning coffee and thought… while I have another Astra project to develop treatments for cancer is ongoing, why not start this too! 😅 It’s still a very early version, but it’s already actually playable! Combat works, you can chop down trees and gather resources, and I’m starting to build out the world, progression, quests, loot, item tables and other RPG systems. I know this will surprise some but I used to be a serious gamer, I just know this stuff hah! Maybe I’ll eventually turn it into an MMORPG so we can form rival Codex vs. Claude vs Grok guilds, but no cheating with the AI bots. 😂

So I’ve been using grok Grok Bot for a few days. It’s starting to click Bro they leapfrogged codex app and Claude code entirely. Super app 2.0 Grok bot’s marketing is completely wrong and misleading. It’s not an easy normie friendly chat. Don’t pay attention to the bot or chat UX, that’s not the point. Total distraction. Logo is flat out wrong. They legit did the Shoggoth meme with a smiley face mask in front of an AI demon. Grok bots is actually the highest difficulty, most powerful, and highest skillcap agent harness by far. Super rough around the edges. Dev tool, power user quality, nowhere remotely close to consumer level of approachability. Which is fine, they chose a lane, VSCode dev heavy design sensibilities bleed through, and to be fair it’s in beta. But importantly they nailed a new agent stepping stone: Persistent agent driven cloud computers Progression: - Chat - Chat + Tools, Calculate & Code Interpreter, MCPs - Claude Code & Coding Agent Harnesses: Chat + Tools + Read/Write local Files + Local CLI - Codex/Conductor Super App: Agent Harness + vertical tabs + embedded browser + computer use - Grok Bots: Agent Harness + Computer use + Browser Use + Entire cloud computer with all your files and apps, saved Grok bots absolutely mogs ChatGPT work, and the codex super app + ChatGPT remote. UX of having the cloud computer instance be persistent and not ephemeral per thread is 10000x better. Also you can actually open the computer from your phone and click and type and look at things. It’s not some black box only the agent sees. These were the 2 missing pieces This pattern is about to get copied and adopted by everyone.
