Been saying this for years. The reason it's not done is that successful cheating cannot take place if those rules are put in place. That's why it's not being done.

Solves all of our election problems. Mail voting should only be allowed by Americans overseas and those truly bedridden with severe illness that prevents one from going to the polls. And no, fear of covid doesn't count.
