Ray Tracing in #DeathStranding2PC is quite limited, which is expected since the game wasn’t originally built with RT in mind and this is the first implementation on the Decima Engine. RT reflections only apply to some opaque surfaces, bodies of water and tar, and they still lean on standard SSR underneath. The High RT setting uses High SSR as a base, which lets it slightly outperform the heavier Very High SSR in many scenes, but it also shows more noise, especially with upscaling. Acrylic vs oil. I used to paint with oils, purely because acrylics generally weren’t as high quality and the pigments weren’t as colour-fast. Praise baby Jesus they now make such high quality acrylics with pigment comparable to oil and extremely high archival quality, because I’m just gonna come out and say it.. I love the speed of the acrylic drying time. 🤓 One tip I always give when it comes to acrylics is to invest in the BEST quality. I often see professional artists using student grade acrylics and even worse - watering down with lots of water !! Adding lots of water to even the highest quality paints may make it ‘smoother’ to apply, but can wreck the binder, pigments, film and alter the PH level of the paint, causing the paint to peel over time, lose its colour and ever go mouldy (!!) This is fine if you’re painting for fun, but if you’re planning on selling the painting - big no no! If you want a smoother finish, buy high quality paint, change to a more fluid consistency or add an acrylic medium :)

Mind you, the High Commissioner of Ghana to South Africa, Benjamin Anani Quashie, said "𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞" when our Minister of International Relations,Ronald Lamola said this. He also called the South African system a "𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞". The Ghanaian High Commissioner should be treated the same way our High Commissioner is and be summoned as well. This is disrespectful to us South Africans and our government.
