There was no premeditation. The Durham’s came to the home he was living in and attacked him! Should never have gone to trial.

This is awful. He is soooooo trying not to throw up. That is not the reaction of someone that was trying to kill another human being. That is a genuine and visceral reaction.

This was horrific to watch. He, too, was a victim. I have seen interrogation videos where they tell cold murderers that their victims were dead gentler than they handled this! This whole department needs to go back to training.
