Who are the people behind Hermes? I can only see faceless profiles with cartoons, would be good to put a real face to the name.

Our CEO and all of the other co-founders but 1 are public info when you google the company.

Thanks, I knew that I meant more for others considering getting started with Hermes. The average person isn't going to be googling around, they'll see a bunch of cartoon images and a website that looks like it was built for a fancy design agency. I get the NR vibe and the design choices (great btw) but maybe think about "does this improve our user experience" vs "we like this design better".

@NousResearch I’d separate visual design from usability... Some of the best user experiences are almost boring 🙂

Nous’ excellent taste and more soulful design philosophy is in large part what attracts their users and differentiates them from dorky, cartoonishly branded alternatives like OpenClaw. Your desire for people to facedoxx is not a user experience enhancement, it’s a personal preference

It’s not a personal preference, it’s an onboarding point. I’m talking about what helps unfamiliar people get started. Taste and branding can attract people, sure. But that isn’t the same as reducing friction for new users. My point is simpler: both products have grown despite UX hurdles but if they want to reach and convert less technical audiences, those hurdles matter. That’s the issue I’m pointing at mate 🙂

Incredible! The features are great but the release video is literally visual and audio crack. Love Hermes! Almost done burning 2 billion tokens on a new app I plan to release in a week or two. Hoping the smarter delegation turns that into a definitive week.

Btw for those coming from the old CLI, the previous /model is closer to /provider now. /model is now more an alias based switcher, was quite thrown off by that. Also, /agents is a really cool screen to watch especially with GPT 5.5 which delegates really well.

New TUI is lit, GPT 5.5 support so quick is great. Hooks sound interesting and there might be something to be built there. Overall nothing crazy flashy but sounds like a very solid release!

Are you guys working on per profile skill enable/disable? Global and per platform skill enable/disable is not very useful when trying to build a truly isolated skill set for a profile (dev/marketer/sales etc). @Teknium
