Now that Hermes can finally push clean rich messages with tables and formatting straight to Telegram on desktop, I'm moving my daily standups, error summaries and decision logs out of plain text — this is the kind of small integration that quietly turns an agent from "helpful side tool" into actual team infrastructure.
