Charleston White is catching heat for staying neutral in the Young Dolph vs. Yo Gotti situation, especially after being seen cool with Hernandez Govan, who was charged in Dolph’s murder but ultimately found not guilty. Charleston made it clear he’s standing on the court’s verdict, saying if a jury says a man is not guilty, he’s not about to go against the justice system just to satisfy public opinion. He doubled down, saying fans can’t expect him to move off principle just because emotions are involved. What do you think — should Charleston White stay neutral and respect the verdict, or should he distance himself out of respect for Dolph? 🤔

The second Young Dolph murder trial has ended in a not guilty verdict. On Thursday (Aug. 21), the trial wrapped up for Hernandez Govan, the person accused of being the middleman between the shooters and the person who allegedly ordered the hit on the Memphis rhymer. After over two hours of deliberations, the jury found Govan not guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. After the verdict was read, Govan hugged his attorneys. Govan was one of three men charged with direct involvement in the 2021 killing of Young Dolph, who was shot and killed inside Makeda's Homemade Butter Cookies in Memphis by two masked gunmen on Nov. 17, 2021. One of the shooters, Justin Johnson, was found guilty during his trial last September and sentenced to life in prison. The second shooter, Cornelius Smith, has admitted to his involvement in the murder and testified against Johnson and Govan in exchange for a reduced sentence. Prosecutors alleged Yo Gotti's brother, Anthony "Big Jook" Mims, put a $100,000 bounty on Dolph due to an ongoing feud, which Govan tried to cash in on by recruiting Johnson and Smith to kill the rapper. However, the jury did not agree with Govan's involvement in the case.

More than four years after Young Dolph’s murder, the final suspect connected to his death is set to take a plea deal. On Thursday (Feb. 12), Fox 13 Memphis reported that Cornelius Smith, 36, agreed to enter a plea deal in his case after confessing to being one of the gunmen who shot and killed Dolph outside Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies in Memphis on Nov. 17, 2021. Smith is expected to plead guilty, but before he does, details on where he will be housed with the Tennessee Department of Corrections for his incarceration need to be confirmed. The court hearing for Smith to enter his guilty plea is scheduled for March 30. Cornelius Smith is one of three men who were arrested and had their day in court for their role in the slain rapper’s death. In 2024, Smith confessed to participating in the shooting alongside Justin Johnson with the expectation of receiving $40,000 each for killing Dolph. Smith testified against Johnson at the latter’s 2024 trial, and told the court they were sent to kill Dolph as a hit put out by Big Jook, the late brother of Yo Gotti. Justin Johnson was found guilty on all counts—first degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder and convicted felon in possession of a firearm—and received a life sentence in 2024, while Hernandez Govan, who was accused of being the mastermind of the hit by allegedly operating on instructions from Big Jook, was acquitted of all charges after the jury found Govan not guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder last August. Do you think this is justice for Dolph?

The man who was acquitted in Young Dolph's murder is back in court for allegedly cyberstalking a woman. Hernandez Govan was arrested last week and charged in Tennessee with stalking and harassment. The case has now been taken over by the feds, who have charged Govan with cyberstalking. According to court records obtained by XXL on Tuesday (June 16), investigators say Govan threatened to have a woman's house shot up and leak videos of her doing lewd acts over an alleged $540 debt. "You would have been better off robbing Michael Myers than taking my money," Govan allegedly wrote in one text, implying that the cash was for his son. Govan has a detention hearing scheduled for Tuesday. Last August, Govan was found not guilty at trial after being accused by the police of being the mastermind behind Young Dolph's killing. 🎥: Fox 13 Memphis

A video appeared online of a Russian pilot who was shot down but managed to eject. He filmed his and his aircraft's fall on his phone. As the ejection occurred above the clouds and at a considerable altitude, it could either be the pilot of a Su-30/Su-35 fighter or a Su-34 bomber. Judging by the calm behavior of the pilot, the plane was shot down deep in the Russian rear.

Young Dolph's killer's sentencing has been delayed over prison safety concerns. On Monday (March 30), both the prosecution and Cornelius Smith Jr.'s attorneys met in Shelby County, Tenn., court, where they agreed to a plea deal but pushed Smith's sentencing date back to May 15. One of the factors remaining to be settled is where Smith will serve his sentence due to concerns over his safety and if he will be designated to solitary confinement for his own protection. "We wanna make sure that the sentence that he gets, he's going to be able to serve it safely," Smith's attorney, Michael Scholl, told WREG News. Smith admitted to being one of the men who shot and killed Young Dolph inside Makeda's Homemade Butter Cookies in 2021. He testified against Justin Johnson, the second man charged with the crime, in 2024. Johnson was ultimately found guilty of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison plus 35 years. Hernandez Govan, the man accused of masterminding the murder plot, was acquitted at trial in 2025.

Finesse2Tymes gives more clarity on how the tension with Young Dolph and Moneybagg Yo really started 😳🗣️ He says a song he dropped was misinterpreted by the internet as a diss, even though that wasn’t the intent 🎶❌ Once blogs and fans ran with it, things escalated behind the scenes 📲🔥 and certain comments that came back to him crossed a line. BREAKING: ICE appears to be lying about the shooting incident that took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota last night. Here is the 911 call from the pregnant wife of the man who was shot. As ICE agents are trying to get into their home from outside, the wife tells local police dispatchers that her husband was shot as he was entering the house and a bullet went through the door. If, like ICE claimed this morning, they shot this man because he was beating them with a broom or a snow shovel. Why would they be shooting him through his house door as he's running into his home? The media needs to get to this house ASAP to see if there is a bullet hole in the door, like claimed here.
