Hey everyone!! I made a new demo for a Codrops article made with #threejs, #blender3d, and #krita ! The article itself is about the increasing importance of psychological safety and self-awareness for creative work. I think as more and more people get super-talented/skilled the emphasis will shift to emotional... show more

@codrops This is gorgeous and I am jealous of people who can come up with things like this
@codrops heyy don't be jealous; you can totally come up with things like this too!! think of things that make you feel something and see if you can turn it into a website; it'll come naturally over time. your current website is already really beautiful!!

@codrops Amazing stuff, want to achieve the same level of storytelling as well
@codrops i fucking love this have seen this 50 times
@codrops 😂😂 that makes me so happy haha, glad you like it!!
@codrops Are you scrolling using the amount of pixels or relative to the page size? The experience is not the best on my mobile phone.
ahh sorry i missed this. it's actually not dependent on any amount of pixels or relative to page size; I didn't spend time doing anything special for mobile as it was only intended to be a quick demo haha; but yes, ideally typically I would adjust the curve the camera moves along based on screen/window width of the device
@codrops Uhhh okay, if there's a camera in place then it's a totally different pattern than what I was thinking. Did you use Unity or a framework?
@codrops Yeah it's a three.js camera that follows a curve!!
@codrops This is mindblowing.
@codrops why is the sunflower high - OMG love this soo much
@codrops lol i never thought about that, but that is a totally valid interpretation 😂. thanks for checking it out!

@codrops Incredible work. I tried to give my website a notebook vibe but nowhere close to this! Crazy stuff
@codrops sorry i was busy haha; i just checked out your site!! lots of cool microinteractions; honestly sometimes 2D is better than 3D!! definitely wanted to add some to mine; but decided to move on to another project
@codrops Haha, thanks a lot! Getting there (but for the record I like yours more!)
@codrops and then there are others i like more than mine haha; comparison the theif of joy. but thank you! if you ever have any questions feel free to each out!

![Tyler Cowen (tylercowen) on reading 5-10x faster than the average person has made his career: "I was born that way. I think I'm a hyperlexic, which is a technical term. [...] It made my career. That's an understatement. Everything I do would not be possible without it. If I can read 5 or 10x more quickly than someone who's comparably well educated or similar IQ — just a huge advantage and they're not really going to make up for it. And since I can read fast, my rate of return for reading more is also high. So I'm reading faster and I'm reading more and then that cumulates and it's just very hard for people to catch up to that. It's great."](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2006093955453297032/amplify_video_thumb/2006082767088451584/img/t1jFnR7Ri60XfXu8.jpg)
!["Obviously, there's lots of different views on this year's generation of car, but I mean, for me, it's just exciting that it's a new era for the sport. I think every time it has been a new era, it's always been exciting to see where people come out and I'm proud of the team. The work we've done over the last year to get us to this point and be closer to the front and in the battle, I think is really a showing of the amazing work the team's done." "Of course, there's bits that I don't love, like the deployment and the lift and coast, some things we happen to do, and SM, it's all not ideal, but racing-wise, it's been really, really fun." "That race I had with Charles, just in the second race, was one of the most fun races I've had, I think. Other than that was maybe me and Nico in Bahrain many years ago." "So I just hope we get more of that because that's what racing's about. It's like back and forth, back and forth, rather than one take and then it's over. So I personally enjoy that." "My point that I was making earlier is that in karting, it happens in karting all the time, back and forth, back and forth, no one ever calls it yo-yo racing. It's real racing. So whoever's coming out with that is... yeah." [via Sky Sports | F1 2026 | Japan]](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2037052665197363254/amplify_video_thumb/2037052304843759616/img/zQqbW84jxfZi77af.jpg)
