Hey @NianticHelp Pokémon GO, this is still broken – visually janky, a major downgrade – turns don’t work – Pelipper doesn’t get to CMP Clefable, lets an Incin sneak after two WA, and ends up CMPing with Talon This looks like it needs 6+ months of work still. Pls revert!

I was like, “Ah, I don’t want to go get my hair and makeup done”. Early in the morning I got a KakaoTalk message from a friend saying, “Seonghwa-ssi… I really don’t want to go to work” and since I also got up at dawn to go to work, I said a few words to my friend: “still, we have to get it done”. There’s a phrase I really like. “I can do it! I have to do it! I will get it done!” #SEONGHWA #성화

You can like remote work and still recognize that Zoom fucking sucks when it comes to large gatherings. Anything that requires you to scroll pages of people is an indignity. But meeting up with 50 colleagues in person is a peak work experience.

🚨Lambeth council sent a contractor to fix the water after ITV exposed the conditions of this temporary accommodation. The water still doesn’t work. Her son’s school have said if he needs a shower, he can use their school shower and hot water. Lambeth are a fucking disgrace. They are still having to go toilet in plastic bags and bottles. When I launched Attention Copilot, I mostly thought of it as a way to help people get unstuck in one session: Bring a task that feels ugh, reconnect with why it matters, and do it while a coach tracks your attention and inner state. When resistance shows up, we work with it in the moment instead of just talking about it or white-knuckling through it. That still feels core! But after watching people work with us over weeks and months, one pattern stands out: important work is where this stuff shows up. The work that matters asks for more clarity, courage, patience, or focus than your default habits make easy. So when you practice working with resistance while actually doing it, your relationship to work starts to change. For some people, especially at high-growth startups, this looks very practical. Everything wants your attention, and sessions protect time to get clear on what matters, do deep work, and move it forward. For others, AC feels like finally bringing meditation and inner work into the work itself, right when the reactive patterns show up. Either way, the training rep is the same: stay with what matters, work with what comes up, move the thing forward, and get better at doing that outside the session too. A few of the people we’ve worked with for a while put it better than I can!

Do you think this summer has woken up a lot of people to the climate crisis? I get the feeling it has to an extent - but also that people feel they can pick and choose what they believe - like they see it’s getting warmer and that’s bad, but don’t understand how catastrophically bad it’s going to get if we don’t take emergency action… 👇 Sadly the planet doesn’t work like that. It doesn’t care what we believe or think is politically possible.
