This is not a mountain collapse caused by a natural disaster. This is what Israel is doing in Lebanon every day: blowing up mountains—along with residents' homes—flattened village after village, despite the signed agreement, and despite that these villages are within the occupied territory. These are war crimes under international law: Wanton devastation not justified by military necessity, protected under Article 54 of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions. It is also an act of genocide according to Article Il of the UN Genocide Convention. Yet, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights does not view them as war crimes—just as he saw no genocide in Gaza!

It is important that the Mark Rutte is with us in Ukraine at such a brutal moment of this war, when the Russians have once again disregarded the efforts of the American side. Today, Russia carried out a record strike in terms of the use of ballistic missiles. There were 28 cruise missiles, as well as 43 missiles of various types that approach their targets along a ballistic trajectory and can be intercepted only by Patriot systems. This means that missiles for these systems are needed and that deliveries must be prompt. I discussed this with Mark today, and I hope we will be able to implement everything we agreed on. I think about the amount of pain and suffering that Russia is inflicting on us, of the cruelty and injustice of this war. I know the world is largely busy with other issues while Russia intensifies its attacks. We are very grateful to journalists and everyone who still follows and shares about these horrible war crimes. ▪️ A shopping mall in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region, was struck. Four people were killed and at least 60 more were injured. Retail pavilions, a store, and vehicles are on fire. ▪️ In Dnipro, the Oleina plant owned by the U.S. corporation Bunge was damaged. Two people were killed and five more were injured. ▪️ In Kryvyi Rih, a building of Suspilne, Ukraine’s public broadcaster, was damaged. ▪️ In Kyiv, a Russian drone struck a gas station, injuring four people. In the Obukhiv district, one woman was killed and another was injured. One person was also injured in the Fastiv district. ▪️ Russian guided aerial bombs struck Sumy.
