@FredDiBiase247 Ginger is regarded as an excellent carminative & intestinal spasmolytic (relaxes & soothes intestine). It reduces colon spasms & cramps, is excellent for nausea, vomiting, motion sickness, stimulates production of digestive juices, helps bowel disorders

@FredDiBiase247 A natural digestive with hot potency, cinnamon boosts digestion, relieves flatulence, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome and also improves liver function. Adding it with other spices or sprinkling it on everyday foods removes AMA/toxins from the body

@FredDiBiase247 I read on leptin in my 3rd year in the university, I made a decision that my thesis would be on using hibiscus sabdariffa to induce the release of leptin in adipose tissues, stimulating weight loss. Sadly I couldn't work on it cause I couldn't afford the elisa kit for analysis.

@FredDiBiase247 All good, though, surely, the water is not going to get that hot, so the hibiscus should be able to go in anytime.
