1/2 cup cottage cheese 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1 tosp melted butter 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 cup flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder chocolate chips to taste

How to: Start by adding your cottage cheese, eggs, milk, melted butter, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend on medium speed for two minutes. In a separable, add your flour and baking powder. Then add your blended cottage cheese mixture and fold until combined. Add in your chocolate chips andmixed until combined. *add more milk if your batter looks to thick** Heat up a skillet on medium low heat and add your batter. Flip once you see bubbles start to form on the surface. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!!
