📽️ New Activity L 📂 Possession Challenge: The Zone Game L 💻 Created via Sport Session Planner 🔘Set-Up: ▪️ 30x30 yards, divided into three equal thirds (middle and two end zones). ▪️ 8 players (4v4). ▪️Two small goals placed in each end zone facing the end zone. 🔘Activity: 🟡 Both teams play to maintain possession in the middle third of the pitch. 🟡Teams must complete a minimum of 5 passes before one player can move into an end zone and attempt to score in one of the two small goals. 🟡Goals must be scored with a maximum of 2 touches inside the end zone. 🔘Scoring System: 🔷1 point for successfully completing 5 passes. 🔷1 point for scoring in the small goal. 🔷1 point for the defending team if they regain possession inside either end zone. 🔷Coach to keep track of overall team points. ⚪️ Progressions 🧵👇 💻 Website: 📽️ Youtube Channel:

PVL ON TOUR CHANGES AND INNOVATIONS 🏐 The PVL has announced the following rule changes and innovations for this year's PVL on Tour. 🔸 Each winning team per game will win P100,000 while the losing team will receive P50,000. 🔸 All 14 players per team must have already played by the end of Set 2, with each player required to be part of at least three rallies. 🔸 The two-point Premier Ball, similar to the one used in the All-Star Game, will again be used in the PVL on Tour. It can only be activated until a team reaches 22 points in Sets 1 to 4, and until 12 points in Set 5. #PVL2026 #PVLonTour #AlasPilipinas
