Very good speech. It touches almost all communities these days from streets of tidy picturesque towns to the homeless on the streets of our big cities. NARCAN was a savior.

A Government that doesn’t want to fund a nasal spray that can save lives, is a Government that doesn’t care about its citizens.

All true! However, an even better solution to the man-made crisis that is the “drug war” is FEDERAL LEGALIZATION & REGULATION OF ALL DRUGS! We faced the exact circumstances in this country 100 years ago with alcohol that we face now with all other illicit drugs. Legalization now!
