The problem is .. you can easily eat 100 grams meat instead of 100 grams pumpkin seeds and animal Protien is complete as well.

Oats over Salmon/Chicken? this is a load of bs

Terrible and misleading AI infographic. The y axis of these food items is exaggerated and inaccurate. I also highly doubt the claim that pumpkin seeds have as much protein as beef. I’m surprised it doesn’t have ridiculous cricket meal on this chart to complete the propaganda.

Lots of misinformation in this video

You can have ALL the pumpkin seeds…I’ll take the beef.

They missed the best source of lean protein - Chicken Breast! 31g of protein per 100g.

This has to be an old video cuz so many mistakes in it. Peanutt butter does not have more than Tuna get the fuck outta here. Banana is not #1 lowest. Steak isn't even on the list the fuck ?

Tofu higher than eggs actually made me laugh. What’s sad is people will watch this and believe it.

Pumpkin seed are anti parasite 🪱 + high protein

This is a terrible video! No wonder the vegan libs are pushing their agenda! Meat proteins are NOT the same thing as plant proteins! You can’t swap out Tofu for Beef and cheese expect to have strong muscles. More important is B12 for your BRAIN and mind health!! Look it up!

Misleading video: pumpkin seeds may top the protein-per-100g list, but they’re not a complete protein (low in lysine) and their digestibility lower than whey.

This is a rage bait by a vegetarian, I ain't falling for it

@grok give us the top 10 items with lowest calories per 100 grams and highest complete protien per 100 grams

- The video lists protein per 100g for various foods, inaccurately ranking plant sources like pumpkin seeds (32g) and peanut butter (26g) above staples like beef (31g) and tuna (23g), while omitting high options like chicken breast at 31g per USDA data. - Replies criticize factual errors, such as oats (16.8g) over salmon (20g) and incomplete proteins dominating the top, highlighting the post's bias toward viral, plant-heavy visuals over precision. - Peer-reviewed sources like the Journal of Nutrition stress protein quality—animal sources provide complete amino acids with higher digestibility (PDCAAS >0.9) than many plants (e.g., pumpkin seeds at 0.6)—for optimal muscle synthesis and health benefits.

Me after watching this video 🤣

Pasta has more protein than bread. Why would they omit it here? They come from different plants altogether. Bread comes from wheat (42 chromosomes) & mostly detrimental to health, and pasta comes from DURUM (28 chromosomes) true actual food.

What would it be per 100 Calories, instead of grams?

Now do foods with fiber. Notice junk foods have zero.

Plant based proteins are largely not bioavailable.

Wow! Pumpkin seeds for the win.

This is so misleading. It should be protein per calorie. Don’t watch this and think nuts and seeds are good sources of protein. They aren’t and will just make you fat.

Next time just put up a list. This video is annoying and it takes way too much time to watch.

Pumpkins seeds have more protein than beef is mind blowing

Ain’t no way pumpkin seeds got more protein than beef

Cool. Now do bioavailability.

All the carnivores having a field day in the comments 😂

Coincidentally snacking on these jawnz

pumpkin seeds are a great way to nuke your libido

Rice is not 2.7g protein per 100 grams 😂 113grams yields only 0.5grams of protein & is mainly a carb source. 💀Misleading information. Lmao

There is protein in lab analysis and bioavailable protein. These are different things.

TURKISH Yogurt🇹🇷
