If its 100% pure salt then yeah... Just dont use table salt, even some good salts can have heavy metals so you need to figure out and research best brands in that case...

Doubt it, it is natural, not manmade and it has been used by the natives in Pakistan for millenniums. Fuck The Science™️and their theories, the natives would have quickly noticed side effects and would have stopped using it.
