1St off, dairy farmers aren’t hiring illegals, we hire family and close friends to our family. 2Nd the ppl hiring illegals, are the fake farmers like Bill Gates where the owner never even stepped on a farm a day in their life. Where the animals don’t see sun, touch dirt or grass. The 🤡’s have zero clue about the real families that farm. We are the hardest working ppl you’d ever come across. My father hasn’t taken a day off in over 2 decades. Last time was for my sisters wedding, which was 2 decades ago. My grandparents are in their 90’s and just now starting to slow down on the farm, both still drive, my grandma is better shape than most 30yr olds, entire family is healthy and happy. Guess what they drank everyday and ate, they drunk “RAW” milk everyday, put butter on everything and anything and then they finish their night w/ a great big bowl of ice cream. And they’re healthy as a horse. Get your facts right liberals, illegals aren’t working the “real” dairy farms, all done by The family.

Actually it all goes back to "pay for performance." It was the worst idea ever for the average employee. I said it the first time it was presented to me back in the 1990's and it has proven to be true.
