A majority of them will remain for graduate studies, then have the opportunity to work in America for 1-3 years thanks to the OPT program. Most of these students have no problem paying their full tuition. In cash. One foreign student. Four years. Roughly $272,000 flowing into Ohio State. Ravi Bellamkonda is the President of OSU. His salary is $1.4 million with a yearly performance bonus of $420,000. One of his stated goals for OSU is “recruiting students and faculty from around the world.” More foreign students paying full tuition means bigger bonuses for university leaders.
