Hisuian Qwilfish's evolution requirement is now to hit 20 targets with Barb Barrage, not to use it 20 times. The game considers NPCs "targets" though, so if you catch these 2 and the dummy in the attack, it adds +3 each time. Your player doesn't count even though they flinch.

- How to do ED's DREAM COMBO? 1. After OD Psycho Blitz, use a level 2. Then do save status 2. As you can see, HP Psycho Blitz hits the dummy with level 2 same time. This is a failure, you need to do replay saved status to find right timing 3. Now only HP Psycho Blitz hit the dummy, this is right timing 4. Time to juggle with HP Psycho Upper. But if you use it wrong timing, the combo won't continue. You have to use it right before dummy hits the ground 5. Then use Kill switch chaser 6. Dash up HP Psycho Upper 7. Kill rush - HP PSycho Upper Practice it until you master the Dream Combo! #SF6_ED

Even though there are fencing and signs, it looks like the biggest problem would be knowing where to go. At that speed you don't have much time for a decision. Hopefully they let them go down a few times first to practice. It is pretty intense though! 🔥🔥🔥
