The Cancellation of Julius Berger Projects Was Done Transparently - Umahi We had the Abuja-Kaduna-Kano Road project, where 480km out of 700km was done by Julius Berger in 8 years at a cost of N393 billion. When we assumed office we went into 14 months of negotiations to complete the road.
