Red Army was mobilized already 1939 for the Stalin-Hitler joint attack on Poland, Finland and the Baltic states. Occupation of Poland went according to the joint Russo-German plan, but in Finland Russia failed.

And still, germans reached edges of Moscow They didn't mobilize 16 million men in 2 months that's grossly inaccurate, more than 4 million, even less than that. Also, in 2 months from babarrossa, germans had managed to capture and encircle Kiev of which 600k+ soviet troops where either captured, or died If you had said a year I would also disagreed but said the figure would of been less

Germans had 6 million soviet war prisoners. Without allies help USSR 16 million soldiers would not do anything. This is admitted also by general Zukov.
