Self Disclosure Privacy using ZK Proofs, Demonstrated & Executed Directly on Cardano Preview I built a demo where a customer buys a beer and proves they are 18 or over, without ever showing their ID. No name. No birth year. No photo. Just maths. Two beers were ordered. Two separate transactions. The same proof, reused, no re-verification needed. The blockchain recorded "age verified" both times. That's all it knows. No name. No address. No date of birth. No photo. No personal data of any kind. This runs entirely and directly on Cardano. No sidechains. No L2s. No off-chain verification. The ZK proof is checked by the Plutus V3 validator itself, on-chain, using Groth16. And this isn't just for bars, it works for shops, website signups, any age-restricted service. One credential, reused anywhere. Self disclosure means you choose what to share, and in this case, the customer chose to share nothing except "yes, I'm old enough, give me a nice cold beer." 🍺 Massive shout out to everybody involved in the below! Jamaica still has some of the highest food costs in the world. For years, I’ve exposed hidden hunger, challenged unjust tariffs, and called for policies to lower food prices and support our small farmers. Our tariff and permit system restricts competition, enriches the big players, and leaves small farmers poor, workers underpaid, and families burdened with high prices. We are told these policies protect local industry, but in truth they protect profits and minimize competition. Jamaica imposes a 260% duty on chicken - the highest in our region. Plus, Mexico has suspended its tariffs, while Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Nicaragua keep theirs at just 15–40%. This outdated system punishes families and fails to build real production capacity. I will not stop fighting until we reform our tariffs, support our farmers, and make local food affordable for every Jamaican. Huge update from Astranis Mission Control: all four Block 2 satellites have successfully completed initial commissioning and are now headed to GEO using their on board ion thrusters. This is a huge deal. Here are some highlights from our first week and half on orbit: - Nominal deployment in our target orbit: 400km x 65,000km x 12.5 deg inclination (thank you SpaceX) - All pre-separation logic and separation autonomy worked perfectly, and all autonomous deployments (solar arrays, ion thruster gimbals, and secondary antenna reflectors) successfully completed - Checkouts of thermal management systems, power subsystems, software, and GNC - Reaction wheel, SADA, and monopropellant thruster commissioning - Monoprop detumble and transition to fine pointing control using reaction wheels and star trackers - Sun-pointing mode achieved for maximum power generation - High rate TTC downlink and download of onboard data - Subreflector boom deployment and verification via photodiode telemetry - Ion thruster gimbal commissioning, demonstrating successful gimbal deployment - Simultaneous command of all 5 Astranis satellites, using 9 different ground stations across 4 continents - 100% successful deployments: all solar arrays, booms, gimbals, reflectors, splashplates — 60x total hold down release mechanism deployments without issue - Test-fired and characterized all 8 monoprop thrusters on all 4 satellites (32x thrusters total) - Commissioned the Electric Propulsion (EP) system, including successfully test-firing each satellite's ion thruster - Conducted an initial payload checkout on all 4 vehicles— the Software-Defined Radios, RF front end electronics, high-power amplifiers (TWTAs), and LNAs have all been checked out and are performing nominally - Executed long-duration EP burns on all four vehicles, and have beginning orbit raises to GEO from our current GTO orbits In short: the satellites are working great and are on their way to GEO where they will start their missions for our customers. All of our hard work — designing, testing, manufacturing, and operating — is paying off. LET’S GO.

At the AACR Special Conference in Cancer Research, CSO David Hallett shared interim monotherapy dose-escalation data from the Phase 1/2 study (ELUCIDATE) of REC-617, a selective CDK7 inhibitor, in advanced solid tumors. 🔹The interim Phase 1 clinical data for REC-617 included: ▫️Dose-linear pharmacokinetics (PK) with rapid absorption and robust pharmacodynamic (PD) biomarker modulation, suggesting substantial target engagement; ▫️Confirmed partial response (PR) during monotherapy dose-escalation in a patient with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, treated with 4 lines of prior therapy in an advanced setting, with durable response ongoing after more than 6 months of treatment; ▫️In 4 additional patients, a best response of stable disease (SD) for up to 6 months of treatment. Dr. Hallett noted: “Cell cycle dysregulation and transcriptional 'addiction' are both hallmarks of many aggressive cancers.
