This woman lives in an HOA. The back of her yard backs up into an easement that is owned by the HOA. The trees back there are on the easement. She points out that there are fallen branches all over her neighbors yard because of the trees and there were many in her yard as well. So she and her children went and picked up all the branches and sticks in her yard and then she piled them up under the tree. She said since the tree is on the HOA easement, it’s their problem. She wants to know if she is the bad guy in all this. If it were me, I’d maintain my yard and put the branches and sticks out for the trash pickup. Do you think she is in the right and it’s the HOA’s problem? Or do you think she is wrong and is making a mountain out of a molehill and there are better hills to plant your flag on?

This man said this is what grinds his gears. His neighbors mow their yard but they always leave their grass clippings out in the street. 😳 He said they should be sweeping them up or blowing them back into their yard and if they don’t have a blower then use the lawnmower itself. I use a bag so I don’t ever have to worry about the clippings going everywhere. But not sure it would bother me that much if I saw my neighbor’s clippings. Luckily, I don’t have neighbors like this. This man lives in an HOA community. He was fined $1,400 dollars for parking his $90K pickup truck in his driveway. There is an HOA rule in that community that does not allow you to park your truck in the driveway. You have to park it in the garage. You can park any car in the driveway but not a truck. So, he paid his $1,400 dollar fine in coins which he delivered to the HOA’s President, in buckets. I guess you should really look at the rules before you buy a house in an HOA community. This video truly shows a lot about what’s been going on with CP3 & the Clippers. Chris Paul calling out players laziness on the court, taking matters into his own hands. CP3 was completely right in all of the complaints that he’s been making which are shown in this video, & probably whatever he’s saying in the locker room as well. If the coaches aren’t going to do anything about this lazy & losing style of basketball, CP3 is right to call it out. I guess the Clippers are ok with this, & got mad at CP3 that he actually wants to win basketball games. (🎥: Daniel Li)
