I hate to comment, but that’s not how zero gravity would work. Objects at rest would continue to rest. Those acted on by outside forces would have an equal but opposite reaction. You basically will float a little from any foot strike unless you decide you want to fly and die.

If there's no gravity then there's nothing to hold the oceans and atmosphere in. The high pressure of the atmosphere at the Earths surface is higher than the upper atmosphere so it would "push" the atmosphere out into space even if it's only 7 seconds the atmosphere would explode

The absence of gravity doesn’t make anything rise. That would mean you are being pulled on by another gravitational force. They didn’t exit the lunar module and just float off the moon. Or even more so, if you are just floating through empty space. Which way is up? Which way will you be “rising”? I’ll wait.
