None payment? Start eviction process. The locks were a part of that rental property n shldnt have been changed without permission from the owner. Certainly shldnt have thrown away the owners property. Shes acting like the world awaits her commands.

The renter should have been informed (in writing) 24 hours before a service person was going to be entering a home. The landlord doesn't have the right to enter at any time they so choose. The renter should have retained the locks that were removed, however.

People like her is why owning a rental property can be a nightmare.

Give that B an eviction notice.

Staged clip... enough already.

Staged

Id go take EVERY single door off of that (MY) house. See how she likes that.

Gotta be fake

I’m a landlord and this happens all the time! These “renters” literally think they own the house and can whatever they want! Now id the locks are digital and the landlord has the code that is a completely different issue. I can understand why a renter wouldn’t want the landlord to have access to the house whenever they want or they are sending in “service providers” whenever they want. Landlords need to give notice of entry and inspections and services rendered in the home and it’s the renters responsibility to feel secure that their locks are under their control and to comply if landlord needs access, but no landlord should be allowed in without that notice!

Threw away super expensive locks. Wow these people are idiots.
