Noem’s admission in her book that she fatally shot her dog, as well as her handling of the immigration crackdown in Minneapolis. “We’re an exceptional nation, and one of the reason’s we’re exceptional is we expect exceptional leadership, Tillis told Noem. "And you’ve demonstrated anything but that.” Tillis also called for Noem's resignation.
