Make your own apple cider vinegar at home! 🍏✨ Simply chop 6-8 organic apples, cover them with filtered water, and let them ferment in a jar with a breathable cloth for 3-4 weeks. Strain out solids, then let the liquid ferment another 3-4 weeks. Stir occasionally and enjoy your homemade ACV!

Wait, is this a parody for cyanide poisoning? According to(CDC) Most apple cores contain around 5 apple seeds. You would need to chew & eat about 200 seeds, or about 40 apple cores, to receive a fatal dose. I counted 39 apple cores; so, it should be safe. Right? 😅

Wor Fred … the whole reason i came on was to check if anyone knew an actual healing way to treat for “fleas & ticks”? My pup has a tiny tick on his back burrowed in & he’s skiddish & wont let me remove it? Seriously—most easy going dog but aggressively hates fingernail cutting++

This will save me a trip to the health food store. I add a capful of cider vinegar to my hens water every morning.
