Which settings video are you using please? Did you add/use any others mods in game? Path tracing should be turn on or off ?

It is a modern AAA game. Graphical quality is at the diminishing returns territory.

horizon games and ghost of yotei world visuals put this game to shame.

This cutscene is 11 years old and still looks better than most cutscenes in today’s AAA games. What if Ciri trains a child like this in The Witcher 4, with the next trilogy’s story built around them.

Dead or Alive 3 came out in 2001 and it still looks better than some modern games. It had no business going this hard.

I'm confused, why does this free gacha game seemingly have better looking water than some AAA games?

The Division still looks better than many modern, AAA games on the market. It's crazy to think that this game is nearly 8 years old. This is the standard on which Division 3 needs to build from. The setting, feeling of isolation & immersion that Div 1 delivered were insane.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most detailed games ever made and it’s still ahead of most modern AAA games when it comes to world design and immersion.

This game was made 24 years ago for the Xbox, PlayStation and Gamecube. It looks way better than most games nowadays. How did they do it?
