As the great filmmaker used to say, a commercial movie needs to have a highlight sequence every 10 minutes. This is what happens here as comedy, action, music peppers the screenplay and then gets into a repeat mode to ensure that there is no dull moment. #AkshayKumar is simply excellent in his comic avtar and surpasses a lot of his other legendary characters this time around. His double role act is a hoot. Also, his scenes with #RaveenaTandon are the best part of the film. It’s wonderful to see #SunielShetty back on screen. He is superb and so is #ArshadWarsi who is just natural. Veterans #JohnyLever #PareshRawal and #RajpalYadav bring the house down. As for #DishaPatani and #JacquelineFernandez, they are simply cool on eyes. #JackieShroff gets into the #Gabbar mode and his styling is quite good, while #VinduDaraSingh is fun as his #Sambha. The real surprise though are #FaridaJalal and #KiranKumar who get the house down with their poker faced comedy. The trio from #Mahabharat are fun and then there is a bit of #Border reference too with #SudeshBerry getting on the scene. What could have been better? Well, the training sequences don’t work at all in the middle of the first half and then similarly the middle of the second half is also okayish. However barring this, the film moves at a very rapid pace and the inclusion of songs is done very well too with the scale showing. My recommendation? Just go for this #AhmedKhan directed film and have some great laughs. It has been ages since one checked out a family entertainer like this with so much non-stop humour for more than 2.5 hours. This is, hands down, one of the most powerful scenes in The Chosen. Humans are messy. Life is messy. No person's life when placed under a microscope will look pristine. All we see of others is the choices they made, not the situations that necessitated those choices. I look back on sections of my life and I cringe... There were periods of time when I was angry and mean, and I didn't care who I hurt... After surviving a gang rape and repeat sexual assaults (the last being only a couple years ago), I hated men, and I wanted them to pay... The only thing that saved me eventually was God. I now know that just because some men hurt me, it doesn't mean all are bad, or irredeemable. In fact, some of my closest friends are men now. I guess my message is this: Pain begets pain, and every single one of you can be redeemed through HIS Grace. I fail in my walk with Him every single day, and I know I will. My only goal is to try to be a tiny bit better the next day. Several months ago I read an article entitled "Fart walks save lives" and ever since I've been a fan of a post-prandial stroll... It is so good for the digestion and general health; it gets the blood circulating, burns calories and let's you talk through the day with your other half....(farting is optional). So tonight, after a home-cooked meal, I persuaded james to come along the river for a 40 minute walk- and-talk. It was pitch black on the towpath and we saw only 3 other people, all wearing earpods . On the way back we heard, " help! Help!"... and at first thought it was one of the many rowing coaches you hear on The Thames - even after dark. But then I saw a bicycle on its side and shouted after the voice. 20 ft below us, in the water, was a bloke who had come off his bike and fallen headlong down the banking. He had flattened some of the bushes and trees but was still very difficult to see amongst the thick foliage. James scrambled down as far as safely possible to get a better look. The chap was still in his bike helmet, waist deep in the water and thick mud but unable to get any grip at all on the sheer brick wall. James got back up and found his very long bike lock which he then dangled down to try and pull him up - while I nervously said, " please don't get pulled in too.." (eventually James said, " yes I heard you the first 3 times..."). He was too far down to pull up but was pleading with us not to call 999..."it's just so embarrassing " he said.... He sounded like he was in his 50s, well-spoken and very fed up with himself! I stayed talking to him while James ran to get a longer rope and torch from home (but also gave me the nod to call 999). I was worried that our friend might let go or try to climb out and lose his grip if he knew the lifeguard was coming so I kept him talking and asked if there was anyone else I could ring for him. He rather ruefully said no. James appeared back sprinting with the rope. But seconds after speaking to 999, the Chiswick Lifeboat appeared heroically through the dark. They scooped our water-logged Bradley wiggins up and took him down to Kew and off to hospital to get checked over. We walked his bike back to our house and hope to reunite them soon. The moral to the story is that you should never flop on the sofa after dinner when you could walk round the block. Because that article was right - fart walks do save lives! I'm posting this because I want people to see and know how much of an absolute clown this "political actor" is because he makes the assumption I even get paid by Destiny | Steven Bonnell II (not at all) or Digital Ground Game (nope), and that I actively canvas within his organization (never did). Another great educational moment for my viewers is that Tyler correctly demonstrates in real time how you can dox information that isn't necessarily private since I've said my full name on stream at some point. As long as there is malicious intent (there absolutely is), it would be considered doxxing. He would go on to try and justify doxxing peoples' addresses by comparing himself to news media organizations (he has less integrity than project veritas), and then sheepishly walk back his original stronger claim (like a total loser) when somebody brings up if all voters can be doxxed. I'm only posting this because Tyler is such a clown (got destroyed by WhickTV - Bane of Christian Nationalists AND North 🇺🇸🇺🇦) that his existence as one of my ops is a boon to me that makes me look better to everyone else who is actually sane. (FYI he also dodged me calling into Whick's show to confront him because he would rather prefer to fight Darius (Lord Of War) IN REAL LIFE than it is to confront me virtually over VOICE CALL..)
