the nosebleed was part of the script for this scene and she was supposed to use a pill with fake blood in her nose. it didnt work and she ended up having a real nosebleed when they were shooting the scene so this is her real blood here... anya has said before she gets nosebleeds really often so it could be that emotionally since its a very charged scene she got herself worked up enough for it to happen naturally or she accidentally hurt herself and made it happen

Tutorial video on how to test face tracking in Unity with face tracking hardware is here! This is probably the question I get asked the most, so I'm happy I finally got a chance to make a tutorial on this. This example demonstrates doing it with a Quest Pro using Virtual Desktop, but it should work with any headset.
