Mary Barra, Chairman and CEO of General Motors, on the single most underrated trait that separates high performers from everyone else: It's not intelligence, experience, or even talent. She is direct about it: "In my experience, in school and career, at work and at play, there are lots of talented people out there. But talent alone isn't enough. You need something more." That "something more" is what most people overlook entirely. "One thing that distinguishes those who really make a difference in life, those who really contribute, is passion and hard work. Remember, hard work beats talent, if talent doesn't work hard." But Mary Barra takes it further than just working hard. Because working hard quietly, passively, and waiting for your turn doesn't move the needle either. Most people operate on the edges. They show up, do the work they're assigned, and wait to be noticed. Barra says that mindset is exactly what holds people back: "Don't be content to work around the edges of your profession. Don't wait to be invited to important meetings or asked to work on crucial assignments. Instead, do what it takes to ensure that you're in the middle of your business." The underrated trait is proactive hard work, not just hard work alone. "Speak up, volunteer, show your enthusiasm, knock on doors." And the compounding effect of that behaviour is significant at every level of an organisation: "As an employee, your enthusiasm will make your job more interesting and get you noticed. As a manager, your passion will inspire others to join your team and work as hard as you to accomplish great things." The people who consistently rise are the ones who stopped waiting for permission and started showing up like the work already mattered to them, because it always did.

We got sabotaged tonight in Queen’s Cup and I’ll be damned if it goes without being known. Over the years of me being in women’s comp any tweet I have made has ALWAYS been in support of the scene, but after the absolute lack of professionalism I was given today it’s time to air it out. Someone reported my teammate Nicky to be “cheating” and I will go ahead and attach the clip that was sent in to be proof. Spectator bug does not allow for you to see health bars and if you watch the clip from Ky’s vod you clearly see the health bar and me communicating and pinging where my teammates needed to be looking. Nicky looking where my ping was is what made ppl think she was cheating and instead of watching our vod went on a witch hunt. The kicker is that we weren’t contacted about it by staff at all, although a staff member from Women’s circuit spectated us on Thursday and then took it upon themself to go around to other players not in staff and voice that Nicky was 100% cheating. No bans, no proof. Just this clip. So, why didn’t they ask for Nicky to stream on Thursday if they were already spectating & thought she was cheating with the evidence that was sent in from earlier this week? Wish I knew. Instead, they waited until 2 minutes before the game started. They messaged Nicky 20 minutes before the game started but like any team we were 3v3ing/warming up prior. So 2 minutes before I get a DM telling me to have Nicky to check her DMs because they want to spectate her on the day of MP FINALS when they had all week to bring up their concerns about it. Not only that, but they send in a staff member who I personally do not get along with or feel comfortable with. We basically got sabotaged and no one on GrindSquad or Women’s Circuit wants to own up to who is at fault. Just wanted everyone else to know that we got ultimately fucked over today and this whole situation was handled poorly and I will probably never play in another women’s comp event ever again. You ALL should be ashamed of yourselves. All I will get is an apology, but the competitive integrity of this entire tournament is fucked. Congrats to all who got to play their game today without interference and was able to play it to the best of their ability.

Someone just posted the full blueprint for an AI swarm that does the job of a 200-person quant research team. Six agents. Running 24/7. Finding brand-new alpha while you sleep. Citadel needs 100 PhDs to do this. Two Sigma needs 200. This does it with six bots and one laptop. Two ways to play this - spend a weekend building your own swarm, or copy the wallet of one that's already up $2M: Boris Cherny runs Claude Code at Anthropic. Two weeks ago he said: "I don't prompt Claude anymore. I have loops running that prompt Claude. My job is to write loops" Alpha research is just a pipeline. So instead of sitting in it, you hand each stage to its own agent: > one reads every new research paper overnight and pulls out the trade idea > one builds the features and cleans the data > one backtests it over 20 years, costs and slippage included > one runs the hard stats and kills anything overfit > one checks it still works in every market regime > one strips out plain momentum and value to see if any real edge is left Each of those six is a job a fund pays a $600,000-a-year quant to do. He runs all six for the price of an API bill. The rule that makes it work: the agent that builds a signal never gets to approve it. A separate, stronger agent tries to kill it first. Whatever survives all six by morning is real, new alpha. One trader's already running this exact swarm on Polymarket. That $2M wallet is public, every trade on-chain. The full build is in the post below - six agents, the tool that runs them, and the five mistakes that kill most people. Bookmark & read this before it's buried.

Seedance 2.0 vs. Seedance 2.0 Mini Actually, I tested this directly in Dreamina. It's already available on my account, but it seems Dreamina hasn't announced it on their social media yet 😆 Anyway, here are my first impressions. Basically, it's not bad... not bad at all. However, when I tested it with something more action-oriented, the difference was huge. It depends on your goal, but I don't think I'll use Seedance 2.0 Mini for action-heavy prompts. I could be wrong though, and I need to do more testing. For something that looks simpler and more natural, Seedance 2.0 Mini is surprisingly good. You can still notice some glitches or artifacts from time to time, but overall it's pretty decent. It's definitely not worse than the current version of Grok Imagine Video 😂😂In fact, this is what Grok Imagine should be. They're almost there but Instead, they're going backwards. I think only Tetsuo and Freeze keep saying Grok Imagine is the best model in the world LMAO 🤣🤣🤣 Still, I think Seedance 2.0 Mini delivers exactly what it promises. It's cheaper, faster, although it comes with a slight sacrifice in quality (well obviously it's a mini version of it), although not as much as I expected based on my initial tests. I think in the end, you need to identify your needs and decide when to use Mini, when to use Fast, and when to use the full version. At this stage, I can't say much yet, but I'll keep exploring it further. Meanwhile, check out the video comparison I made here.

Unlike many game platforms I want to provide #Players with the ability to resell their digital items 🌍✌️ Does this affect our revenue? Yes, of course it does. It's one reason games don't allow reselling. #GamingSkins alone are a #50billion dollar industry & they only want that money heading in one direction, but I think it's important a #Player online has that option much like you can resell a physical collectible toy or card. I also like to see it as a way we can mutually grow with #Players on our platform, providing an opportunity to enjoy in growth, success or mutual hard work together. It is still early days, but this is part of what I am trying to build at #Earth2. One important thing to note about #Earth2 #skins is not only the ability you'll have to resell it, but the opportunity #Players will have to customise via the #EcoSim and/or #gameplay. So let's say you already have your #LimitedEdition #skin, you'll later be able to customise it further by crafting & tailoring, applying different fabrics, materials & colours to various elements on the #skin. This could, and probably will, result in many extremely rare or even 1 of a kind #skins depending on how hard the materials or items required for crafting are to get, introducing yet another avenue for #Players to potentially benefit from their time & effort on the #Earth2 #Platform. Anyway, that's my 2 cents for today - #Eventide will be available for #24hrs if you'd like to pick up the #skin - it's a very nice outfit! Otherwise don't forget to check out the footage in #4K on #YouTube & drop a comment or like! Even if you're not keen on the #skin (which is fine), it's all progress! #Earth2 #Metaverse #Skins #Progress #E2V1

🎬This tense scene from Training Day (2001) shows Jake Hoyt (Ethan Hawke) being confronted by Smiley and his crew after being set up by Alonzo. What starts as a setup to kill him turns into something more complicated when they discover Jake had earlier saved Smiley’s cousin from danger. Training Day is known for its dark look at police corruption and moral gray areas. This scene stands out because it flips expectations. Instead of the criminals acting purely on violence or revenge, they operate by their own code. Once they confirm Jake’s story, Smiley decides to spare him — not because of the law, but because of a personal debt of honor. It creates a powerful contrast between Alonzo’s selfish corruption and the unexpected integrity shown by the very people he tried to use. The scene also highlights Jake’s growth throughout the movie. Early on, he’s somewhat naive about how the streets actually work. Here, his decision to do the right thing earlier (without expecting anything in return) ends up saving his life. It shows that even in a brutal world, small acts of decency can have major consequences. What makes it effective is the power shift. Jake goes from being completely helpless to being protected by the same people who were about to kill him. It’s a rare moment of humanity in a very cynical film. 👉Here’s my take: Training Day (2001) works so well because it doesn’t paint anyone as purely good or evil. Even the criminals in this scene follow their own twisted sense of right and wrong, which makes the story feel more realistic and unsettling. ❓Do you think Jake deserved to be spared, or was it just luck? And what did you think of how the movie portrayed the “code” among the criminals compared to the police? #TrainingDay #DenzelWashington #MovieAnalysis #ClassicMovies

I’ve been able to walk again! For those who didn’t know, for the past 6-8 months, I basically couldn’t walk bc of a freak accident I had at the beach while catching crabs with my kids. And when I say I couldn’t walk, I mean I literally couldn’t walk. I spent most of my days lying on the floor staring at the ceiling or crawling around my house. Going to the bathroom was basically impossible. I had to pee in bottles while lying down. I ate on the floor. I couldn’t cook for my kids. I couldn’t leave the house. I couldn’t even walk outside to my own balcony to get sun. I was basically trapped on the second floor of my home. I couldn’t go upstairs to sleep with my kids. I couldn’t go downstairs to leave the house. I couldn’t drop them off at school. I couldn’t play basketball with them. I couldn’t run around with them, ride bikes with them, take them places, or do any of the simple things I had done a thousand times without ever thinking twice about them. It was really bad… mentally and physically. I still remember one moment so clearly. I was looking out the window from the second floor, watching my kids ride their bikes outside. I just sat there in tears thinking to myself… Wow. I can’t even leave my house to be out there with them. That broke me. I kept asking, “Why me? Why did this happen to me?” Now I think I understand. God humbled me. I was moving too fast through life. Always doing more. Always chasing the next goal. Always working. And I was sacrificing my body and my health for what? I already had EVERYTHING I had ever dreamed of. I had the $ money. I had the freedom. I had the family. I had the life I worked so hard to build. But suddenly, none of it mattered bc I couldn’t even get off the floor. Feeling that at 37 years old was one of the most demoralizing things I’ve ever experienced as a man and as a father. Not being able to race with your kids. Not being able to play basketball with them. Not being able to drive them to school. Not being able to chase them around the house, take them on adventures, pick them up when they fall, carry them when they’re tired, or simply be the active dad you always thought you would be. There’s nothing worse than wanting to be there for your family physically and realizing your body won’t let you. So now, I take my health seriously. I don’t skip days anymore. Even if it’s something small, I do something every day to make my body stronger and healthier. Bc I finally understand what people mean when they say: There is no wealth without health. You can have millions of $ dollars. You can own the house, the cars, the stocks, the businesses, and everything else you ever dreamed about. But if you can’t get off the floor to hug your kids, play with them, travel with your family, or simply walk outside and feel the sun on your face… What’s is the point? $ money means very little when your health is gone. For all of my life, I worked so hard to become financially free. Now I’m working just as hard to become physically strong. And now, here I am at a beautiful natural hot spring with my family. There are two walking paths side by side. One hot. One cold. Both filled with natural stones under your bare feet. I walk back and forth between them, slowly stepping over the stones and alternating between the hot and cold water. The uneven stones challenge my feet and balance, while the temperature change wakes up my body and make every step feel alive. And the whole time I’m walking, I can’t stop thinking about how crazy life is. Six months ago, I was lying on the floor of my home wondering when I would be able to walk again. Today, I’m walking barefoot over natural stones, through hot and cold water, surrounded by nature with my family. Something I probably wouldn’t have even appreciated before. Now, every step means something. Every step reminds me of what I almost lost. It took losing my health to finally understand what being wealthy truly means.

#GMMTVLiveHouse #EmiBonnie 🦊🐰: Hi, GMMTV Live House~ 🐰: You're here with EmiBonnie~ 🎤: Or~? 🐰: Shizuka-chan and Dorami! 🦊🐰: (cute poses) 🐰: Are we cute today? Let's start with the first day. 🐰: It's like playing Songkran. 🦊: Yeah, the first day Perth and Santa were ready to steal my moves, but I also didn't know what dance moves to do 😆 🐰: Listen, I was at the very front, right? And everyone, P'Est, said, "Wait and follow Bonnie." But I forgot to dance. 🦊: Yeah, so everyone blanked out and was at a loss. 🐰: It was supposed to be like this (dances). 🦊: They all had expectations. 🐰: They placed too many expectations on EmiBonnie. 🦊: Yeah, they placed their hopes on us too much. 🎤: And the second day? 🐰: On the second day, everyone was starting to get the hang of things. 🦊: They started to freestyle. They realised that they couldn't rely on anyone 😆 🐰: We were like, "Let's just do it. We're already here." 🦊: Yeah, we were like, "Let's dance whatever." 🎤: That really lives up to the reputation of coming from 'Me And Thee'. 🐰: Someone on the internet said, "Let me / Thee** know when you come to your senses." 🦊: Tell Thee, right? 😆 🐰: Yeah, they wrote it like that instead. 🎤: Bc they had to keep the concept. 🦊: We're giving it our all today. 🎤: As you do every day. 🐰: Yeah, check out my phi's dolly eyes. 🦊: (shows off her eyes) 🐰: Look at that! Pink dolly eyes. 🦊: An hour of makeup for 5 minutes on stage 😆 🎤: Thank you to the actors from 'Me And Thee'. 🦊🐰: We're more than happy to. 🎤: The series is over now, both seasons of it. 🐰: Yeah, I've grown so attached to it. I've been with it for nearly a year now. 🎤: You've been with Khun Thee and N'Lookpeach for a long time. 🐰: Yeah, it's been a long time. And we have a new member too! (looks at Emi) 🦊🐰: (singing and dancing to the Doraemon song) * A meme from an old comedy movie called "Chai Lai" (parodying Charlie's Angels) where a spy acting undercover is asked by the villain to shoot the heroine multiple times, saying "Catherine, shoot them!" but she intentionally misses and shoots him instead every time. ** This is a play on words with the sound "tee". The phrase is มีสติแล้วบอกที (mee sati laew bork tee), but on the internet, ppl spelled it as มีสติแล้วบอกธีร์, replacing ที with ธีร์ (Thee), which is pronounced the same way.

Pittsburgh Pirates prospect Konnor Griffin found his peace not in a good game, a big hit, or a strong performance. He found it in knowing who he is and why he is here. "If there were tough games, that's where I found my peace. Knowing that I feel like I'm called to play baseball, but at the end of the day, that's not the most important thing. The most important thing is living my life to share the word, share the gospel, and live in eternity in heaven. And that just brought such peace to me through the times of adversity." That is a young man who has already figured out something most athletes never do. The game is not the foundation. The game is the platform. And when the game gets hard, the foundation is the only thing that holds. Griffin also said something that cuts straight to the identity question every believer wrestles with. "It helped me kind of separate my identity from being a baseball player to being a Christian and a believer, trying to share the word." That separation is everything. When your identity is in your performance, a tough game shakes you to the core. When your identity is in Christ, a tough game is just a tough game. It does not define you. It does not diminish you. It cannot take anything from you that actually matters. Griffin is not waiting until he makes it to the big leagues to share his faith. He is sharing it now, in the minors, in the middle of the grind, in the tough games where most young players are just trying to survive. That is exactly where the gospel is most powerful. Not on the highlight reel. In the hard days. "I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content" (Philippians 4:11). Have you separated your identity from what you do and anchored it in who Jesus says you are? This is what it looks like when a young athlete gets the order right before the pressure hits. Konnor Griffin is a minor league prospect grinding through tough games, and instead of finding his peace in his stats, he found it in knowing he is called to share the gospel. Baseball is the platform. Jesus is the foundation. Pray for Konnor Griffin as he continues to develop and pray that more young athletes anchor their identity in Christ before the pressure of the game tries to define them.

🚨 PROJECT VERITAS CONFIRMS THE NIGHTMARE: Texts TRACED to ARMSTRONG WILLIAMS Are REAL – OPEN THREAT to KILL CANDACE OWENS Just Like CHARLIE KIRK! 💥🩸 Remember the bombshell Project Veritas drop on Bill Barr's daughter Mary Daly plotting to BLACKMAIL Candace Owens with DOJ muscle? "We need to blackmail her FASTER... destroy her reputation... send underage girls to trap him"? They denied it, called it "fabricated." But NOW? Veritas just VERIFIED the number behind those leaks – it's TIED DIRECTLY to Armstrong Williams (Barr's media crony & TPUSA insider). And the texts? They're not just shady. They're a straight-up DEATH THREAT: "Do you think I didn’t notice you handed our texts about Candace over to Veritas? ... Barr is already running out of patience with your behavior. Be careful, Candace. Paying for your security these days? Because if she isn’t, she really ought to be... Things won’t end well for either of you if this nonsense keeps up. Just take a good hard look at what happened to Kirk, and maybe you’ll think twice." They're BRAGGING about Charlie's assassination to scare her silent. "We got him... think we can't get you?" This is the smoking gun. The deep state web – Barr, Williams, DOJ hit squads – targeting patriots who expose them. Candace warned us. France, Egypt, TPUSA betrayal... it's ALL connected. I did something kind of insane. I just spent millions of dollars on dirt. 231 acres, 45 minutes from my house in DFW. In this post: why I bought it, how I plan to make money on it, and exactly what I paid. Here's the story. A couple years ago my buddy Jeff bought a ranch. And ever since, I've been watching his boys drive out there. Move a bulldozer around. Drive a skid steer. Bring in the cows. Build a burn pile after the storm. I admired that. I feel so strongly that having your kids learn to work hard is one of the best things you can do as a parent. And it's also one of the hardest. I think they're correlated. The harder things you do as a parent are also the most important things you do as a parent. I have four kids. I want them to have opportunities I never had, and I don't want them to be soft. A ranch is the greatest hard work simulator ever invented. Fixing fence in the July heat. Feeding cows when it's 37 degrees. Hauling hay. That will change a kid. It'll build something in a kid that no app ever will. They say business isn't personal. It is personal. This was an emotional decision first. But I'm a capitalist and an entrepreneur, so here's the financial side: DFW is adding 150 to 200,000 people a year, growing north and east. This ranch is 57 miles from downtown Dallas, in the path of growth. Worst case, my family gets a ranch that we love. Best case, the Metroplex crawls to my fence line. We started out looking at 50 to 100 acre parcels. Then I realized something: one day I'll feel stupid for not buying more land at only $10K an acre this close to Dallas. So we went bigger. The ranch wasn't distressed. I still negotiated almost $400K off the list price. Here's how: I uploaded the seller's appraisal to Claude. It caught that their comps were 60 acre parcels and mine is 231, and bigger parcels are worth much less per acre. It picked also apart the whole appraisal, caught a bunch of other stuff, and wrote my negotiation replies. My $20 a month subscription saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars. Another hack: My wife got her real estate license, represented us herself, and gave back 2% of her commission at closing. $50K off. Then I shook the seller's hand and promised this never becomes a neighborhood or a data center. That handshake is one reason he picked me over the developers. Relationships matter. So how am I gonna make money on this? A few of the plays: - The previous owner keeps ranching it on a grazing lease with me. He keeps spraying, mowing, and maintaining the fences. I collect a check. - There's a 2,400 sq ft shop on the property, already rented out. Another check. - Grass-fed beef under the 888 brand. A quarter cow sells for about $1,500 at roughly 40% net margin. And you don't need to own land to do this. ButcherBox doesn't own a single ranch. - A YouTube channel documenting everything. If it gets to a fraction of my main channel's size, it covers the entire ranch payment. Zero ongoing expenses. - Farm stays and campsites. Right next door is a tiny home community doing $17,000 a month on 20 acres. I have 231. - Maybe an Airbnb over the river with a plexiglass floor. Septic near a river is tricky, but everything's figureoutable. - I’ll use my own dozer instead of hiring one. Companies charge $200 to $500 an hour. Used dozers go for $10 to $30K and I’ll hire young guys to operate them and expand the pond for much cheaper. - Ag exemption. Property taxes on a ranch this size would be $45 to $50K a year. Mine are about $1,500. I don't plan to flip this. I'm building a barndominium out there, then eventually a house. I plan to own it for the rest of my life, and hopefully my kids and grandkids after that. What did I pay? $2.35 million. My wife and I got married on 08/08/08. So this is 888 Ranch. Three eights in a row make a great cattle brand. One last thing. If you've ever listened to the podcast, watched a video, or started a business because of something I shared: you are part of the reason I was able to buy this. I mean that. Thank you. I'm documenting all of it on a new YouTube channel, 888 Ranch Your learnings compound just like money does. Come watch mine. 888 Ranch site-- 888 Ranch Youtube --

🎬: Colorado is trying to punish gun owners for the acts of criminals by trying to pass a gun bill that will force gun owners to pay taxes for the acts of criminals. They are essentially financially punishing Americans for exercising a constitutional right. The Bill is HB 24-1349 and what it does is creates an 11% excise tax on the sale of all firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition in the state. Firearms and ammunition are already subject to an 11% federal excise tax through the Pittman-Robertson Act, along with various other state and local taxes and fees. There's also a second bill Colorodo is trying to pass which is HB 24-1348 which mandates that firearms stored in unattended vehicles must be kept in a locked hard-sided container that is kept out of view or within the locked trunk of the vehicle. I get that the idea behind this bill is to make it harder to have people's guns stolen, but you don't have to mandate the action. Most people throw them into glove boxes or center consoles. Which I get isn't the most secure, but having it in a hard-sided container that can simply be picked up and taken isn't any more secure either, which is why I sell my Colion Noir Edition Lifepod portable gun cases that come with a 19-inch steel security cable that gives you the ability to secure your Lifepod Gun safe to your car preventing most snatch and grab attempts. This keeps your gun more secure than simply throwing your gun in your glove box, center console, or hard-sided case that isn't secured to your car. Also, The Colion Noir edition Lifepod is TSA-approved and makes flying with a gun a breeze. So, if you want to learn more about the Colion Noir edition Lifepod click here: ➡️ Comment your thoughts below on these bills, BUT before you do that, I want to let you know that my favorite in-ear Wireless Bluetooth hearing protection, the Blackouts, is available again ➡️ These incredible things allow you to listen to music, take phone calls, have active noise cancelation, and hear through technology that allows you to still hear the world around you all while still protecting your hearing with a certified NRR rating of 25, Get them here before they're sold out again. ➡️ New 40oz 2A Tumblers, 2A Designs, Vacuum Insulated, With Handle & Straw ➡️

Recently tried making AI videos locally for the first time using MiniMax H3 + ComfyUI, and I went through three different approaches: text-to-video, syncing to music beats, and image-to-video. 🎬 As an AI video newbie, my biggest takeaway is that the workflow itself isn't nearly as overwhelming as I thought - the real challenge is writing the prompts. Luckily, we can just use AI to solve that! ---- I’d drop my raw ideas straight to the AI, then run them through the official H3 Prompt Writing Skill to turn those thoughts into structured prompts. For example, with my first summer travel video, I broke it down into four scenes. I kept a similar structure across each scene and just swapped out the location details, running it iteratively and tweaking as I went until the output actually matched what was in my head. Thank goodness it's a local model-I could experiment endlessly without blowing through cash just to bridge the gap between "what I wanted" and "what the model understood." The absolute best surprise was that the whole process didn't take long at all. This model is insanely obedient and respects instructions really well, so I barely had to deal with gacha-style rerolls to get the exact shot I wanted. For the music beat-sync video, I wanted the visuals to shift on every kick drum or snare. The final result pretty much hit the nail on the head. Honestly, instead of just generating a video that looks "pretty good," I care way more about whether the model actually gets the rhythm and executes the pacing I set. And this time, it totally delivered. 🥁 Then for the seaside clip, there was a ton of scene description and creative direction, plus a 4-shot storyline-and the model managed to generate the visuals, the vibe, and the background audio all in one single pass. Genuinely blew me away. 🌊 Plus, it’s super beginner-friendly. You can just plug and play with the official workflow templates; literally all I had to think about was writing the prompts, choosing the resolution, and setting the duration. ------- Oh, quick side note on my local PC setup: * GPU: Consumer-grade RTX 4090 24GB * 20 steps for a 15-second video takes about 200+ seconds * Cranking it up to 768P brings it to 1,000+ seconds * Upscaling it to 2K using the official API takes around 6–8 minutes The speed is honestly pretty decent. I heard a bunch of speedup LoRAs came out recently that I haven't gotten around to testing yet, but those should make it run even faster! (Gotta love the power of open source.) ------- I’ll be packaging up all the workflows, scripts, and assets I used for this run and dropping them on GitHub for free!

I've been following Musk Industry for 13 years. I first invested in Tesla in December 2012 after being inspired by the company's mission. The more I dug into its leader - Elon Musk - the more fascinated I became with what he was building. I became so inspired by it that I ended up working at Tesla from 2017 through 2021. After achieving financial independence thanks to the insane gains from my Tesla stock, I left Tesla to pursue my own path. I had a vision for years of travel with my wonderful wife, mojitos on the beach, and a life of comfort while I discovered my true calling. Instead, 5 weeks after leaving Tesla, I started a YouTube channel talking about my experience at the company and my vision for Musk industry. And now, almost 4 years later, my YouTube and X accounts combine for 700,000 subscribers and followers. Doesn’t matter how hard I try - I’m too fascinated by the Da Vinci of our time. I’ve learned to accept it. The reality is that we are likely living through the most interesting time in human history. I started making content as a hobby, but once my son was born about a year and a half ago, I was filled with a sense of purpose that I've never felt before. And I’ve had the unique honor and privilege to work alongside some of the most talented, hard working, and passionate people you could possibly surround yourself with. I’ve been extremely fortunate in so many different ways. But now, I’ve discovered my true purpose. My purpose is to be the best possible husband and father to my family, and to ensure I do everything I can to leave the world a better place for my children. For me to execute that mission at the highest level, I have to make sure the work I do is complementary to this mission. It has become clear to me that what I’m doing today - covering the way Musk Industry is transforming the world, all the adjacent industries that are involved, and all the new industries that will appear because of Musk Industry - will be extremely valuable for many. I firmly believe we are entering the most groundbreaking 20 year period in human history, and I've spent well over 10,000 hours researching, analyzing, and pondering the impacts the world will feel. Just looking at Musk Industry, FSD and Robotaxi will heavily disrupt transportation. Starship will further disrupt rocketry and make us multiplanetary. X has already disrupted media and liberated Western Democracy. xAI will be a major player in AI long term. Optimus Bot will heavily disrupt physical labor and will be used to physically build out self-sustainable civilizations on Mars. Etcetera, etcetera. And we’re not even talking about all the other innovations and disruptions happening in our world today. Technological, political, and societal. It all feels intertwined. All of the above will be foundational to the new economy. No different than the internet, electricity, and fire. There will be countless industries born on top of these breakthroughs. There will also be vicious disruptions as we shed the old way of how we operate as a society and enter this new age. If you are interested in tracking these disruptions closely, and want to surround yourself with like-minded individuals, I encourage you to check out my new website in the replies.
