Hotel workout! Don’t let travel slow you down. I’ve been busy on set the past few days but still make the time for a quick workout. Save this for your next trip. No excuses!! #workout #workoutmotivation #fitness #hotelworkout #fitnessfriday

The gym at the Venetian in Vegas may be the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. It’s like a playground. Great workout and good pump.

I've trained in hotel rooms, living rooms, and airport terminals for a decade. A pair of dumbbells and 30 minutes is all you need. Here's a complete full body workout to hit each muscle group in 30 minutes: = Thread =

Who says you can’t have a good workout in a hotel gym? 🏝️ My go-to is 30 minute, high intensity circuits. Full body because I’m not working out everyday when I’m traveling. 30 minutes keeps it short and sweet so I can enjoy my vacation. 🦦 Dumbbell ...

Day 41 glute maxing until my butt gets too big for my pants. I worked out in a hotel today and I brought a band with my which made it really easy to workout while traveling. The floor was a soft carpet which made it kinda hard to balance

Unc & Haddy from Diamond Gym couldn’t stop laughing at how MORTIFIED comedian Justin Silva was after finishing their workout 😭🤣 “My mom at the hotel, I can’t wait to tell her what y’all did to me. I can’t wait to get on stage and tell em what y’all did to me cause that was embarrassing, I ain’t EVER twerk while doing a pushup”

Just had a look at the Canadian mens off-site facilities. Very efficient setup complete with physio, meeting rooms, lounge area workout space and tons of team signage. Huge map of player home towns, pictures of all other Canadian athletes they may run into. Players can stay at the village or use their PA provided rooms at the same hotel as these facilities.

What if every place you walked into remembered you? A record owner who pulls out the limited-edition Daniel Caesar record Shan's been hunting for. A Barry’s instructor who congratulates alexa losey on her 100th class and adjusts the workout for her injury. A hotel receptionist who brings Ben O'Keefe his favorite espresso martini before he even checks in. That’s the future we’re building with Magic — hospitality that feels personal again.

Full body late night hotel workout. Pull-ups, incline bench, lunges back to back 1-2 min rest. 15-30 reps. Finished off with a bit of jump rope at the end. I maintain this lean condition all year by eating 190-210g of protein a day, eating spinach/kale, controlling calories and LOTS of water. I'm 6'3" and fluctuate between 190-200lbs. I like combining strength with endurance when I train as this was how I trained when I rowed Division 1.

Savannah Bond reveals how she hooked up with her Australian Uber driver and posted it to OnlyFans "I was in Australia on a little holiday and the Uber driver picked me up. He was very attractive and looked like he worked out at a gym." "At the end of the drive he was like, 'If you want to do a workout while you're here on holiday, we can.' So I got his number." "I was like, 'Wow, he's really hot.' So I texted him while staying at a nice hotel and told him to just come over."
