Minnesota’s legislature gave $1 million in taxpayer money to a nonprofit that was already ordered to pay back $1.1 million of taxpayer money that the state Department of Education identified as fraudulently obtained through the federal child nutrition program. New American Development Center did not fall under Feeding our Future. It was a meal site sponsor just like Feeding our Future. But the only two meal sites it sponsored were its own, claiming 2.9 million meals served for $7.8 million dollars.

So the House voted to pass the CR bill but what the media & democrats won’t tell you is that the bill included (among other things) a $500 million dollar increase to WIC programs (for those who can’t afford essentials for their child.).
